Zulfukar Tosun
Managing Director 
Zulfukar is a widely experienced retailer with more than 16 years in the retail industry. He has worked for some of Germanys major retailers in key managerial positions and also owned his own retail business.
Zulfukar has coached and mentored international retail managers and staff throughout his very successful career and his passion is as strong today as it was when he first started as a shop assistant many years ago. He has experienced life in the Retail industry from the shop floor to General Manager and has a wonderful personable approach.
A great listener and problem solver Zulfukar has a very clear understanding of what makes a business tick. When discussing your business with you, he will keep it simple and uncomplicated and provide sound advice, planning, leadership, motivation, training or whatever is needed to assist you.
Zulfukar will offer you honest professional feedback and will work closely with you to help you grow your people and your business. He will also ensure you stay in control of the process and will be behind you every step of the journey.
He is giving guest lectures at the University of Latvia, Ventspils Augstskola and the Stockholm School of Economics.

Rene Willmann
Developer
Rene studied in Master programme in Business Informatics focusing on Information Process Management. He gained international experience during his studies in UK and Baltic states.
He is widely experienced in fields of Search Engine Optimization and Business Process Optimization and frequently gives seminars about these topics.
He worked several years as web developer in different IT companies. Moreover, he worked in project management for the Latvian social network Draugiem.

Sintija Elnione
Online Community Manager 
Sintija is on a day to day basis informed about the news and events that are happening all around the social world. She will help your business to become recognized and admired in personal and classified way. She would take care of your business social attractiveness in the area of the most recognized and well known media channels. She has worked for few integrated marketing companies and had taken part in Junior Achievement Latvia competitions dealing with her own business. She is studying at Riga Graduate School of Law.

Anete Gauruča
Project Manager
Dedicated to perfection in everything she does. Retail is her passion and she is open to share her knowledge by diving in your business and developing it to another level. In other words, her motto is to help you to get more out of what you already have.
Anete has gained her retail experience by running her own boutique for almost two years. Her academic knowledge in finance, economics and entrepreneurship comes from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
